My favorite thing about working at Core Services is the work-life balance. Work stops at 5pm, overtime is discouraged, taking vacation is highly encouraged. It’s also the people: I am surrounded by brilliant and inspiring people who make every day feel positive and fulfilling. Management also makes time to hear our feedback. I always feel appreciated which makes me more inspired to continue doing my best for the team.
