Ronald excels at serving as a backbone support over several projects concurrently, utilizing various BIM and VDC software to help team coordination as well as to oversee logistics plans.

To his role as VDC Team Leader, Ronald brings knowledge from previous experience such as Structural Detailer Team Lead, Architectural Supervisor, and Fit-out Construction Manager. He believes that leadership is about understanding one’s own strengths and weaknesses while learning to identify the capabilities of others. “Leadership requires you to understand that a group is more than a sum of individual parts,” shares Ronald.
