Paul brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), project coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As VDC Junior Team Lead, he helps bridge technology, design, and construction to support successful project delivery. Passionate about complex building projects, Paul excels at aligning teams, optimizing workflows, and guiding projects from concept through completion.

A people-centered leader, Paul believes leadership is defined by service, collaboration, and continuous growth. He is dedicated to developing high-performing teams by fostering a supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, expand their skills, and take ownership of their professional development.
