Joan brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Team Leader of our Executive Assistant and Marketing teams. Her top skills include effective communication, time management, and collaborating with the team to reach goals.
She appreciates that Core Services maintains a positive work environment and a healthy work-life balance. One piece of advice she received from a mentor when she was just starting her career: to provide good customer service you should not say “I do not know.” Instead say “I will find out.” Joan has kept that as her practice ever since, for both internal and external customers.
