As Director, Chelsea provides overall vision and tactical leadership to all Core Services teams. As a founding team member, Chelsea has been instrumental in building Core Services since its inception. Prior to this, Chelsea spent 9 years in construction operations, most recently as project manager, with U.S.-based W.E. O’Neil Construction (parent company of Core Services).
With an easy-going nature, Chelsea is a humble self-starter and a quiet trailblazer. She brings a high level of analytical skills and empathy to her leadership style. “We have a growing organization with all different skill sets so I am by no means the best at most of what we do. Instead, I value the opinions of our team and am happy to empower them to make decisions.”
Chelsea has a knack for inspiring her teams to high ambition and achievements. She and the Core Services Team Leaders provide flexibility for staff to engage on a personal level during work and encourage supporting each other cross-departmentally whenever possible.
