Job Description
- A virtual receptionist takes inbound calls and manages client concerns with the objective of maintaining positive client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Direct client calls to the right person/people of interest
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client calls or requests and of calls received.
- Responsible for Updating/Maintaining the Company Project Contact List.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice.
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work on a fixed night shift schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Inbound Call Center experience in BPO
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, MS Teams, and other remote team messaging apps
