Job Description

  • A virtual receptionist takes inbound calls and manages client concerns with the objective of maintaining positive client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
  • Direct client calls to the right person/people of interest
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client calls or requests and of calls received.
  • Responsible for Updating/Maintaining the Company Project Contact List.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work on a fixed night shift schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of Inbound Call Center experience in BPO
  • Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, MS Teams, and other remote team messaging apps
