Job Description
- Create and Process Request for Information (RFIs)
- Review and Process Submittals
- Overlay construction plans and provide description of changes
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Create and maintain procurement log
- Create & Maintain Closeout & Owner Training Log
- Review subcontractor contracts
Required Skills
- Must speak, read, and write in fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in reading construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Project Management skills
- Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet all deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction-related field
- 2 years minimum work experience in building construction and/or estimating
- Knowledge with the following software programs is a plus but not required:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Bluebeam
- Box
- CMiC
- Procore
