Job Description

  • This position will lead clients PH-based staff, fostering a positive, cohesive, and productive culture. They will drive growth/revenue, build/maintain company policy, and foster collaboration internally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic goals are executed, maintaining budgets, manage employees
  • Maintain a positive work environment that upholds the client’s company values
  • Keeps a pulse on individual, department, and company performance through various metrics
  • Focus on employee experience, minimizing retention loss through engagement and sound recruiting
  • Drives internal staff conflicts or issues to a conclusion, keeping our values in mind
  • Monitors employee performance through probation and beyond, implements performance improvement strategies where needed
  • Facilitates leadership, mentorship, and individual development programs
  • Creates and executes plans to support growth goals
  • Develop, implement, and maintain annual and long-term budget and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinates holiday and leave staffing plans to ensure no disruption in client services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in a manager role and 8 years in BPO
  • Strong leader able to motivate employees
  • Skilled with organization and efficiency
  • At least 40 hours of formal leadership training
  • Understands business analytics and application
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedure
