Job Description
Junior Virtual Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring calls, responding to emails as needed, and providing administrative support—all from a remote location. The role is ideal for companies seeking a professional presence without an on-site receptionist.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls and professionally
- Respond to emails and online inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages or escalate issues
- Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, document formatting)

Technical
- Proficient in VoIP Systems
- Familiar in Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive for cloud-based storage and sharing

Qualifications
