Job Description
The Junior Preconstruction Engineer – Logistics is responsible for supporting the organization’s goals by performing a range of duties in project planning and stakeholder engagement by developing visually compelling and technically accurate logistics plans and construction simulations. This role contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and may involve cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2D site logistics plan using Bluebeam software.
- Create 3D models of construction logistics using software like Revit, Sketchup, Infraworks.
- Support in producing 4D construction simulations by integrating schedules with 3D models using tools like Twinmotion and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support proposal and presentation efforts with high-quality visual content that communicates construction strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide input on constructability and sequencing.
Essential Skills
Technical
- Proficiency with 3D Modelling using tools like AutoCad, Revit, Infraworks, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suites and Twinmotion.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and safety planning.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degee in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Infraworks, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suites and Twinmotion.
