About the Role
The Junior Marketing Specialist helps the marketing team by supporting proposal development, marketing materials, and helping maintain company’s CRM system. This role works with different teams and departments to keep marketing efforts organized, consistent, and aligned with company goals. It’s a great learning opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to build skills through hands-on support work.
Essential Responsibilities
- Help create and update marketing materials such as resumes, project profiles, and brochures.
- Assist in preparing proposals by gathering content and ensuring they follow brand guidelines.
- Keep the CRM system (Unanet and OpenAsset) updated with accurate project and team information.
- Support scheduling for social media posts and updating the company website.
- Work with internal teams to gather project information.
- Follow brand standards to make sure all materials are consistent and professional.
Essential Skills
Technical
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Bluebeam, and Box.
- Ability to create interactive PDFs and manipulate images for marketing use.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Unanet and OpenAsset is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing workflows and proposal development processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or proposal coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems ais a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
