Scope
The Junior BIM Modeler supports the organization’s goals by performing a range of duties in BIM modeling and construction coordination. This role contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and may involve cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Responsibilities
Active Construction Revit Model Support
- Basic ability to create 3D Revit Model for Arch, Struct, Civil.
- Basic ability to model Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler disciplines.
- Accurately updates design models with RFI and bulletins
- Basic ability to conduct QAQC report/Model description Report
Construction Essentials and Software
- General knowledge of the order of building systems and trade flow.
- Basic understanding of construction documents, terminology, assemblies, etc.
- General skills in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in AEC Industry.
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow established BIM Standards.
- Licensed candidates are preferred but not required.
