Job Description

  • Responsible for issuing, executing, and posting contracts on behalf of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Document Management
  • Capably handles issues and tracks contract agreements with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Manages contract dates and contract compliance within the system.
  • Effectively communicates with the Contract Approvers and the Project Team.
  • Prepare documents for management approval.
  • Perform routine audits and reports.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, or similar
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team.
  • Keen Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

  • The ability to learn quickly and master internal contracts management systems.
  • Competence to electronically organize and maintain files.
