Job Description
- Responsible for issuing, executing, and posting contracts on behalf of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Document Management
- Capably handles issues and tracks contract agreements with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manages contract dates and contract compliance within the system.
- Effectively communicates with the Contract Approvers and the Project Team.
- Prepare documents for management approval.
- Perform routine audits and reports.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, or similar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team.
- Keen Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
- Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
- The ability to learn quickly and master internal contracts management systems.
- Competence to electronically organize and maintain files.
