Job Description
- Responsible for managing insurance claims, verify coverage, and ensure timely processing of insurance-related documentation. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between clients, insurance providers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient handling of insurance matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Review, submit and track certificate of insurance and authorizations
- Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions and communications
- Communicate with clients, and internal teams to clarify coverage and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Provide support during audits and reporting processes
Essential Skills
Technical
- Accurate input, updating, and retrieval of data using spreadsheets or databases
- Familiar in Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive for cloud-based storage and sharing

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance coordination or claims processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and terminology
