Job Description

  • Responsible for managing insurance claims, verify coverage, and ensure timely processing of insurance-related documentation. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between clients, insurance providers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient handling of insurance matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review, submit and track certificate of insurance and authorizations
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions and communications
  • Communicate with clients, and internal teams to clarify coverage and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
  • Provide support during audits and reporting processes

Essential Skills

Technical

  • Accurate input, updating, and retrieval of data using spreadsheets or databases
  • Familiar in Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive for cloud-based storage and sharing

Business and Management

  • Efficient workflow and resource planning
  • Customer-centric mindset and value-driven decision-making

Interpersonal

  • Convey complex terms in a simple, professional manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in insurance coordination or claims processing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and terminology
