Job Description

  • Responsible for issuing, executing, and accurately recording contracts on behalf of the organization. This includes coordinating with relevant departments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining organized contract records.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review contracts, agreements, and related documents
  • Coordinate the signing process with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts
  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries
  • Support audits and internal reviews with relevant documentation.
  • Capably handles issues and tracks contract agreements to subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Essential Skills

Technical

  • Familiarity with contract management software (ex. DocuSign, Concord)
  • Experience with document tracking systems and digital filing
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols

Business and Management

  • Meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity under pressure
  • Efficient workflow and resource planning
  • Customer-centric mindset and value-driven decision-making

Interpersonal

  • Convey complex terms in a simple, professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in contract administration or office support role.
  • Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or legal teams is highly valued
