Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Assist the Administration department with data entry, running, reviewing, and compiling various reports.
  • Prepare documents for management approval
  • Perform routine audits
  • Electronically filing documents, as well as data entry into safety reporting software.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience
  • Must have familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in a BPO environment is a plus but not required
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
  • Proven success in office administration
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with cloud service providers is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
