Job Description:

  • As a Data and Automations Team Lead, you will be managing our team’s day-to-day operations and driving the success of ongoing technology projects. Your role will demand a strong technical background in data analysis, the ability to transform data effectively for business insights, and adept leadership skills.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the quality control of technology projects, ensuring prompt rectification of any issues.
  • Provide effective management and mentorship to team members.
  • Document changes to workflow processes for clear understanding and future reference.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Excel reports to support business operations.
  • Design and implement new workflows using Microsoft products such as Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Manage and update timelines to monitor departmental projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary training or resources to address them.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members
  • Create and track team member development goals

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in relational data management and reporting tools like Power BI
  • Demonstrate expertise in data analysis, including the capability to manipulate data efficiently within Excel.
  • Strong grasp of technical documentation and version control practices.
  • Skilled in creating workflow diagrams to illustrate process variations effectively.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution competencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Robust analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing team members, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Programming knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
