Job Description

  • The Communications Specialist leads the design and delivery of training programs that elevate communication excellence across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions on professional and client-facing communication, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and recommend targeted interventions
  • Develop learning modules, communication toolkits, and post-training evaluation tools
  • Facilitate one-on-one or group coaching for employees needing communication support
  • Collaborate with Managers to align communication standards across departments
  • Track training effectiveness and improvement through feedback and communication audit results
  • Support company-wide communication initiatives as part of the Core Services Leadership strategy.
  • Design and deliver communication skills training programs for various audiences (i.e. new hires, heavy client-facing staff, team leaders).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in conducting client communication or leadership training in a corporate setting
  • Ability to develop structured communication frameworks, toolkits, or playbooks
  • Certification in Training & Development, Coaching, or Adult Learning (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate training, coaching, or communication-focused facilitation, preferably with exposure to American clients or multinational environments.
  • Proven expertise in professional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitation, public speaking, and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and digital learning tools
