Job Description

The AI Delivery Specialist supports the company and its clients by enabling the effective adoption, execution, and optimization of AI-powered tools and processes across departments. This role plays a key part in identifying AI use cases, validating outputs, enhancing automation workflows, and providing structured documentation and feedback to improve AI-assisted operations. The position ensures accuracy, efficiency, and responsible AI usage while collaborating closely with Operations teams, stakeholders, and client’s counterparts to integrate AI solutions into daily workflows and support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

AI Use Case Identification & Requirements Gathering

  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting AI use cases across business functions.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and prepare functional specifications for AI solutions.
  • Translate operational workflows into AI-ready processes with clear logic and documentation.

AI Workflow Integration & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations to integrate AI into existing workflows.
  • Support process mapping, optimization, and alignment of AI tools with operational KPIs.

Testing, Deployment & User Enablement

  • Participate in testing, validating, and refining AI model outputs and workflows.
  • Support deployment readiness by preparing documentation, conducting UAT, and coordinating rollout activities.
  • Deliver user training for AI-enabled processes including job aids, demos, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled training and tools that promote best practices in daily self-management, including effective written communication and structured meeting documentation.

Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring

  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Document findings and support continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases related to AI processes.

Essential Skills

Technical

  • Understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, machine learning basics, prompt engineering).
  • Ability to interpret AI outputs, diagnose issues, and provide structured feedback.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong documentation skills for use cases, test cases, and process mapping.

Business and Management

  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI-enabled processes.
  • Strong project coordination and ability to support multiple AI pilots or deployments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret model performance data.

Interpersonal

  • Strong communication skills; comfortable explaining AI-enabled workflows to non-technical users.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with TLs, ATLs, SMEs, and technical teams.
  • Professional, patient, and supportive when handling user concerns and adoption challenges.

Personal

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
  • Curious and proactive in learning new technologies.
  • Adaptable to evolving AI tools and changing operational priorities.
  • Upholds responsible AI principles, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, automation delivery, technology implementation, or operations support.
  • Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, digital workflows).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience validating outputs, troubleshooting issues, or supporting digital/automated workflows.
  • Exposure to AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or Databricks.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, or change management.
  • Background in data analysis, process mapping, or QA review.
