Activities
Core Services employees enjoy organized activities facilitated by Shore360 such as a year-end party as well as fun activities (sometimes competitive!) for holidays like Valentine’s, Easter, Father’s and Mother’s Days, and Halloween.
Core Services also organizes sponsored events like Zumba class, masquerade ball murder mystery game, an annual team building event, and monthly activities like lunch out, Starbucks, and a fun activity.
Our President and Director from the U.S. also visit us in person twice a year. During their trips we enjoy many fun activities, both in the office and outside (such as airsoft, archery, and bowling). Colleagues also often go for walks together during breaks or socialize outside of work.
Part of the Team
Core Services employees also appreciate feeling part of the culture at W.E. O’Neil. The W.E. O’Neil leaders you will work with are appreciative, transparent, accessible, and considerate. They care about the Core Service team members as people and consider them partners and not merely extra hands. You will feel like you are part of the team in the U.S.
Training
New hires are provided introductory “Construction 101” training as well as job-specific training for your role. This training will be part of your on-boarding process and through your probation work. If additional or different duties are added to your role, training will be provided for those as well to make sure you grow in your skill level and your career.
