How To Work With Us
Our clients report that bringing Core Services to their team has allowed operations to reimagine how they approach work. Their teams better economize their time and streamline processes. Jobsite staff are able to spend more time in the field. By reducing workload, it allows for focus on core competencies, it creates new opportunities for their staff, and it improves work life balance.
Our staff currently works 8am – 5pm Pacific Time, and we can be flexible to other time zones. So there will be no difference in work hours. We also can offer the option to work overnight hours to continue a company’s business operations through the night.
Our staff will directly integrate with your organization. Certain aspects of your employees’ job will be reallocated to Core Services, freeing their time for more pressing matters.
Our team is highly qualified. Everyone has degrees in their respective work and we have a robust culture of learning and development. We also have a development team in the U.S. that mentored leadership in the Philippines.
We have a comprehensive quality control system for all departments and levels of experience. Our team leads are responsible for facilitating that QA system along with senior members of their team. So layers of management are checking the quality before the product is exported to the end requester. We have a well-developed library of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) which are in daily use.
Our founders chose the Philippines as the location for Core Services for several reasons. The primary reason was the alignment of our cultures. Filipino values are well-aligned with American culture: hard-working, honest, and enjoy strong interpersonal connections. The Philippines also provides a high level of education and English fluency (with continuing education provided).
Core Services staff are trained in how to do their jobs, just like clients’ staff in the states are. So the up-front time would be to integrate them into your company’s specific software and processes. Onboarding will consist of training, gradual transfer of tasks, and ending with full transition. We can also take on one-off projects like data entry.
