Jayson Capili

A mechanical engineer by trade, Jayson has 9+ years of experience in construction management. In his role as Operations Team Lead, Jayson brings past experience working in teams which built hangars, manufacturing plants, high rise condominiums, and mixed-use buildings. He is skilled in project management, planning, contracts, and change management.

Jayson believes that what is unique about the culture at Core Services is the combination of work-life balance, the opportunity to work with amazing people, and servant leadership which focuses on the growth and development of team members.
