Job Description
- Provide marketing support for the organization by creating specific marketing deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, general marketing packages, event collateral, and social media postings.
Required Skills
- Expert-level skills with Microsoft Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint. At least 2 years of presentation experience utilizing PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign creating and modifying layouts;
- Working with bookmarks, movies and sound clips, hyperlinks, cross-references, and page transitions;
- Creating Interactive PDFs through InDesign.
- Use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image manipulation and design.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience producing a variety of collateral for corporate clients
- Must speak, read, and write fluent English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team
- Ability to interpret client requests or schedule a meeting if questions.
- Strong organizational skills
- Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.
- Experience with graphics and presentation layouts.
- Has an eye for design and has creativity. High attention to detail.
- Ability to state opinions clearly and describe visual concepts verbally.
Job Responsibilities
- Create presentation materials, multimedia PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials for corporate-construction clients.
- Create visuals for the most effective means of communicating a message, at times with limited direction.
- Work closely with clients on projects, which includes originating concepts, setting realistic timelines, tracking project progress, and completing the project on deadline.
- Follow presentation projects from creation to final production.
- Create presentation slides by working with fellow stakeholders. Goal to create a “best of class” presentation.
- Generate design guidelines and update them with industry trends
- Create graphics for events, digital marketing platforms, apparel, etc
- Creating and posting various news items on WEO’s social media sites.
- Creating WEO’s internal employee newsletter, WEO Wire.
- Update and maintain WEO’s website
- Editing photos and images
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (With a one-hour Lunch Break)
