Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the organization by validating financial information,  running various reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of clerical functions as they relate to the subcontractor prequalification process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Create, review, validate, and upload reports to the Prequalification software.
  • Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
  • Review and validate subcontractor financial statements for accuracy.
  • Follow up with subcontractors for missing prequalification items.
  • Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service to subcontractors and internal teams, addressing
  • inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors during the prequalification process, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any prequal issues or escalations promptly.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role
  • Able to read and understand financial statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment and with upper management.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Has experience with Cloud service providers.
  • Ability to electronically organize and maintain files.
