Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the organization by validating financial information, running various reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of clerical functions as they relate to the subcontractor prequalification process.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Create, review, validate, and upload reports to the Prequalification software.
- Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
- Review and validate subcontractor financial statements for accuracy.
- Follow up with subcontractors for missing prequalification items.
- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service to subcontractors and internal teams, addressing
- inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors during the prequalification process, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any prequal issues or escalations promptly.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role
- Able to read and understand financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team environment and with upper management.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.
- Strong organizational skills
- Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Has experience with Cloud service providers.
- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files.
