Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests and performing a variety of clerical functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain databases and update records accurately.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Assist the Administration department with data entry, running, reviewing, and compiling various reports.
- Prepare documents for management approval
- Perform routine audits
- Electronically filing documents, as well as data entry into safety reporting software

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience with project coordination, calendar management, or customer service is a plus
