Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests and performing a variety of clerical functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases and update records accurately.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion
  • Assist the Administration department with data entry, running, reviewing, and compiling various reports.
  • Prepare documents for management approval
  • Perform routine audits
  • Electronically filing documents, as well as data entry into safety reporting software

Essential Skills

Technical

  • Data organization and record-keeping
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with project coordination, calendar management, or customer service is a plus
