I’ve been fortunate to have supportive mentors who showed me what good work ethic looks like: being proactive, paying attention to details, and always thinking a step ahead. They created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes, which made a big difference in my professional growth. Because of them, I strive to be the same kind of mentor to my junior colleagues by sharing what I’ve learned, encouraging them when they’re unsure, and holding them to high standards that help them grow.
